If you're finding that your children are 'suffering' more than flourishing at their current educational establishment, we highly recommend you join us on this particularly important topic. This interactive discussion aims to: - provide a clearer understanding of what Home Education is - provide an overview of the purpose of Educational Systems - help you understand how formal education relates to the wider concept of Tarbiyyah. About the Teacher Sacha Syed He graduated from LSE with a Research MSc in Economic History and subsequently privately taught economics and history to GCSE, A-Level and degree level students. After spending time in Damascus, he taught adult Arabic classes for Ha-Meem Foundation and the Ibn Jabal Institute. He is a qualified football coach, and set up and ran the ASCC mini-soccer in 2014 and now works with a Premier League football Academy coaching 7-12 year olds. He is currently pursuing his Islamic studies privately whilst he and his teacher wife have been home educating their 7 year old son for 5 years
