Overview of Home Education
With Ustadh Sacha Syed (Home Educator)
Friday 18th March - 7pm
**PLEASE REGISTER BELOW**
With the increasing pressures placed on children through state schooling, unrealistic and often unnecessary goals projected by teachers and a growing rate of depressed and overburdened children, many are looking at home education as a viable alternative.
If you're finding that your children are 'suffering' more than flourishing at their current educational establishment, we highly recommend you join us on this particularly important topic.
This interactive discussion aims to:
- provide a clearer understanding of what Home Education is
- provide an overview of the purpose of Educational Systems
- help you understand how formal education relates to the wider concept of Tarbiyyah.
Come, be inspired and a make a change to your lives.
Brothers & Sisters welcome
**Gentle note - As this is an informative session, any accompanying children are asked to bring along quiet activities to keep themselves busy. Thank you**
Light refreshments will be served.
