Jiu-jitsu Demo @ The Ribat Institute, Woking

A Jiu-jitsu demonstration for the students of the Ribat Institute was held on Sat 12th April at Woking College. 

Brothers who train jiu-jitsu regularly at ASCC, kindly took out time from their busy schedules to travel to Woking and demonstrate their martial art abilities.  

It was a wonderful occasion to meet all the children and discuss the importance of physical activity and engaging in Sunnah activities (i.e. Wrestling, grappling, etc).

The Ribat Institute is a grassroots Islamic initiative, focused on Educational & Community-based programs. They offer many Islamic courses, programs and activities for adults and children.
